About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team at Dr. Dhir and Dr Bondarenko Dental Corp. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in delivering high-quality dental services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for dental examinations and procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
  • Assist dentists with various tasks, including preparing plaster models and moulds, casting gold or metal alloys, and ordering dental and office supplies.
  • Perform administrative functions, such as scheduling appointments, confirming patient information, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide excellent patient care, including educating patients on oral hygiene, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Registration with provincial or territorial authorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
