**Job Summary**
Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a part-time evening shift position. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety, health, and happiness.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Assess and monitor residents' needs, providing individualized care and support.
- Supervise and direct nursing and personal care staff, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to staff members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
**Requirements**
- Current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Registered/eligible for registration with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario.
- Previous experience in long-term care, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
