About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary environment. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced clinicians and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Continuously evaluate patient progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery
  • Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations
  • Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence
  • Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development

Qualifications
  • Graduate in Physiotherapy from a recognized university
  • Registered in good standing with the Nova Scotia Physiotherapy Association
  • Experience treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with others
  • Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and start work with minimum supervision
