About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at JMD Hospitality Inc. as an Ethnic Cuisine Chef. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Order supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Organize buffets and banquets, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage kitchen operations, making informed decisions to drive efficiency and productivity.
