Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at MOSSAH Foods Corp.

Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring the efficient operation of our food counter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at the counter, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present food and beverages to customers, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies, as well as maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operation.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, including the food counter, kitchen, and surrounding areas.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive work environment, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Safe Food Handling Certificate: Possession of a Safe Food Handling certificate is an asset.
Work Environment:

The Food Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
