Hardware Store Sales Associate

Rivest et fils St-Félix is seeking a skilled Hardware Store Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise, and provide advice on products and services.
- Inventory Management: Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems, and assist in the display of merchandise.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including standing for extended periods and handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs) of merchandise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Personal Suitability: Adaptability, collaborative, efficiency, hardworking, integrity, outgoing, positive attitude, proactive, quick learner, time management, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, excellent oral communication, accurate, client focus, initiative, judgement, ability to multitask, punctuality, maturity, and resourcefulness.
