About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Thistle Automotive Ltd. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their vehicle's service and repair needs.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Arrange for billing and payment processing for services rendered.
    • Issue receipts and other forms as required.
  • Technical Knowledge
    • Utilize database software to manage customer information and service records.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and software used in the automotive industry.
  • Communication Skills
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management.
    • Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working Conditions
