Job Title: Leisure Coordinator

Bethesda Home is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Leisure Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our recreation team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising various leisure programs and activities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise leisure programs and activities, including sports, games, and cultural events.
  • Supervise professional staff, program leaders, and instructors to ensure high-quality programming.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement new programs and services to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as recreation, leisure studies, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
