About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team at 2192905 Alberta Ltd. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit card payments, and make change as needed.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting tills, balancing the cash register, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Work as Part of a Team: Collaborate with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Reliability and Dependability: You must be reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. You will be working in a retail environment with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere.
