Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at 2289418 ALBERTA ltd. as a Sales Associate - Cashier. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with purchases.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records, process transactions correctly, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Standing for Extended Periods: Stand for long periods, move around the store, and lift light objects.
  • Bending, Crouching, Kneeling: Restock shelves, clean the store, and perform other tasks that require bending, crouching, or kneeling.
