POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanic/Technician specializing in heavy equipment. This role offers the opportunity to:

  • Enhance your technical skills by working on various equipment types
  • Advance your career in service or operations management
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team in a safety-oriented environment

The Mechanic/Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. The equipment may include Aerial Work Platforms, construction tools, and specialized machinery such as generators and HVAC systems.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required; trade school or equivalent training is preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working with diesel or heavy equipment is strongly preferred

Skills and Abilities:

  • Possession of mechanic's tools may be necessary
  • Advanced understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment

The physical requirements of this position include bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in various conditions as needed. This description is not exhaustive and may include additional duties as required.
