Performing maintenance on facility equipment Conducting preventive and predictive maintenance inspections and electrical repairs for all relevant equipment Managing emergency breakdowns effectively Assisting in root cause analysis to prevent future downtime Ensuring effective communication during shift transitions, providing feedback on work orders, and participating in production meetings Collaborating with operators and other roles to minimize downtime and enhance safety and quality Demonstrating advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve issues in high-speed production lines and automated environments Completing daily assigned tasks efficiently Required QualificationsIdeal Candidate Profile:
MANDATORY: Valid 309A Construction Electrician Red Seal license OR 442A Industrial Electrician Red Seal Secondary trade license is advantageous with associated compensation Certificate of Apprenticeship Strong motivation, positive attitude, high energy, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to continuous improvement Familiarity with PLC and control systems Proficient communication and computer skills Knowledge and experience with operational processes and packaging equipment in the Food and Beverage sector Experience using computerized maintenance management systems for work requests, work order closures, and spare parts tracking Ability to work various shiftsWhat We Offer:
