Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve sales, product, and profit targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Build strong relationships with designers, builders, and architects to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Set and monitor sales goals for the team, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure success.
  • Analyze financial performance and implement strategies for sales improvement, ensuring the showroom remains profitable.
  • Communicate proactively with customers to understand their needs and maintain asset integrity.
  • Engage in local marketing efforts and community building initiatives to increase brand visibility.
  • Maintain Profit Centre assets and uphold safety standards, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Assist the Profit Centre Manager with additional tasks and projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • College or University degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of luxury showroom sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in sales and marketing software.
  • Strong work ethic and integrity, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to build quality relationships and lead a sales team, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Interpret financial information for long-term success, with a focus on driving sales growth and profitability.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience with plumbing, kitchen, or bathroom products, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry developments.
  • 1+ years of team management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience with Trend and Eclipse, with a focus on driving sales growth and profitability.
