About the Role

VST Corporation is seeking a skilled Siding Installer to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing siding on various locations, ensuring a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install siding on residential and commercial properties, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
  • Determine the most efficient installation procedures, taking into account the specific requirements of each project.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, demonstrating physical stamina and attention to detail.
  • Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, reading and interpreting blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads, up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and work in physically demanding conditions.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, as required, and adapt to changing project requirements.
