At Northbridge Financial Corporation, we're seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our brokers, ensuring seamless workflow and process readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and manage multiple demands and changing priorities/projects, delivering results-driven outcomes.
  • Foster and build effective working relationships with internal and external business contacts, driving collaboration and success.
  • Analyze performance against monthly Key-Performance-Indicators (KPIs), investigate results, and recommend actions to improve operational performance.
  • Analyze and interpret data for report preparation, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and deliver virtual and in-person broker training, development, and technical guidance on NBI digital solutions, systems, and processes.
  • Apply strong decision-making, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills to drive process improvements and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with real-time data connectivity solutions, BMS/CMS systems in Canada, and brokers' operations, ensuring expertise and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education and/or equivalent on-the-job experience.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of insurance experience, systems, or related and transferable experience.
  • Working knowledge of insurance trends, developments, current standards, and federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations (an asset).
  • Proficiency in operational procedures, workflow, and processing functions.
  • Ability to work within a PC-oriented environment, including familiarity with email and Internet skills.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
