- Develop and implement personalized plans to promote academic achievement and independence.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support and communication.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness, and adjust support plans accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in support services for students who are blind.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, counseling, or social work.
- Experience working with students who are blind or have visual impairments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
