Your Responsibilities:
- Install or replace various commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, and PVC
- Install vapor barriers and layers of insulation
- Repair or replace four and single-ply roofing systems
- Work at heights while adhering to safety protocols

Who We Seek:
- We are looking for experienced commercial roofers with a background in production and service
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial roofing is preferred
- Familiarity with PVC, TPO, and EPDM roofing applications
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn and comply with our comprehensive safety policies
- Individuals with friends and family interested in joining our Flynn community
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Commitment to quality and accuracy in work
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on sharing knowledge
