About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at TLC HEALTH CARE SERVICES INC. As a Pharmacy Supply Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurate Prescription Information: Verify and ensure the accuracy of prescription information to prevent errors and ensure patient safety.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of medications and pharmaceutical products, including tracking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Compound and Package Products: Compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products according to established procedures and regulations.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of medications and pharmaceutical products.
  • Office Administration: Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and appointment scheduling.
  • Inventory Organization: Organize and maintain inventory in a clean and efficient manner, adhering to established standards and protocols.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
