About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at Isha Pharmacy Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ensure the accuracy of prescription information and maintain high standards of attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products, ensuring that stock levels are always optimal.
  • Client Service: Enter client information into databases and prepare medications for clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Task Management: Compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products, as well as compound oral solutions, ointments, and creams, all while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Administrative Support: Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments, ensuring that the pharmacy runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all products are stored and retrieved in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist healthcare professionals in all aspects of the job, working collaboratively to provide excellent patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
