Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lease Administrator to join our team at Galion. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of commercial leases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administer commercial leases, including analyzing, entering, and updating lease information.
  • Coordinate with the Leasing Department to ensure accurate tracking and entry of legal and statutory documents into the accounting system.
  • Interpret leases and related documents to capture legal and financial information, preparing summaries and ensuring accuracy.
  • Prepare, update, and follow up on various documents, including staking plans, commission agreements, and lease agreements.
  • Coordinate with the Leasing Department to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Requirements
  • Commercial lease training or 5 years' experience in commercial and office lease administration.
  • Solid understanding of the commercial lease administration process.
  • Proven proficiency in reading and understanding leasing documents and contracts.
  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of the Hopem accounting system.
