Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Client Solutions Advisor to join our Islington & Rexdale branch. As a Client Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for onboarding customers who have purchased a mortgage through our indirect mortgage salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, Mortgage Brokers, and key Scotiabank partners to ensure successful transition of the customer.
  • Deepen customer relationships through the sale of banking solutions.
  • Work variable hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet customers at times that are convenient for them.
  • Meet sales targets and effectively manage changing priorities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales environment, with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Ability to exceed targets and effectively manage changing priorities.
  • Previous experience of achieving objectives relating to sales results, effective customer hand-off, and adherence to compliance for products delivered and services offered.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a focus on providing a great customer experience.
