Production Employee Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Production Employee to join our Soda Creek Division in Williams Lake, British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work independently as part of a high-performance team to safely and efficiently produce lumber products.
  • Perform a variety of labour duties to increase productivity and reduce safety risks.
  • Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot problems that may arise in your area, and communicate with your Team Lead and Maintenance teams to resolve issues.
  • Work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, which provides flexibility to spend extra time with your family on days off.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated commitment to working safely.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a physically demanding environment.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Previous experience working in an industrial environment is an asset.
  • Previous experience operating a forklift or loader is an asset.
