Job Title: Assistant Store Manager for our new location.

Our mission is to promote reuse and foster a future where secondhand shopping is a common practice. We source our inventory from gently-used, unique items donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations, ensuring that billions of pounds of goods are diverted from landfills while supporting community programs through funding.
Role Summary:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of your store. You will make impactful decisions daily and focus on developing and empowering your team members. Potential supervisory roles include:
- Front End Supervisor
- Production Supervisor
- Community Donation Supervisor
