Job Summary:

Lafarge Construction is seeking a skilled Water Truck Driver to join our team in Edmonton, AB. As a Water Truck Driver, you will be responsible for operating a tandem dump truck within the city of Edmonton, hauling various materials to and from site, and performing pre and post trip inspections.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a tandem dump truck in a safe and efficient manner
  • Haul various materials to and from site
  • Perform pre and post trip inspections
  • Minor truck maintenance
  • Other labour duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum valid Class 3 Drivers License and Q Endorsement
  • Knowledge of the City of Edmonton an asset
  • Knowledge of Construction an asset

Working Conditions:

This position is physically demanding and requires crouching, bending, lifting, and kneeling. As such, clearance on a pre-employment medical is required. The successful candidate will have a proven record of following safe work procedures and be able to complete field risk assessments.
