Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
  • Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
  • Organized and team-oriented with excellent communication skills
Work Environment

Our store operates in a fast-paced retail environment with a team of 3-4 people. We offer a permanent position with 32 to 40 hours of work per week.
