Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive first impression and providing a high level of customer service.
- Manage and troubleshoot the visitor management system, ensuring accurate and efficient tracking of visitors and guests.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of company mail, including outgoing couriers and incoming documents.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, reporting any potential hazards or concerns to management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
This role requires a light physical effort and may involve occasional equipment operation, including keyboard equipment. The work environment is typically located in a comfortable indoor area, with regular exposure to mild physical discomfort from factors such as dust, fumes, or odors.
