Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Sherway Gardens Store 130. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in promoting our core values and providing exceptional service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and drive sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment by working collaboratively with colleagues and adhering to company standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the store.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in apparel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
