About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Aide to join our team at COMFY SPA LTD. As a Patient Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Medical Support: Provide basic medical care, such as weighing, lifting, and positioning patients.
  • Supply Management: Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure that patients have access to necessary items.
  • Transportation: Safely transport patients in wheelchairs or stretchers.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disaster.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, businesses, and organizations.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Apply hiring policies that promote diversity and inclusion, such as anonymizing the hiring process.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.
  • Work Schedule: Work 30 hours per week in a permanent position.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
