- Client Support: Act as the primary resource for clients, offering advice, coaching, and exceptional service.
- Report Writing: Prepare comprehensive and objective reports based on surveyor assessments and feedback, clearly outlining recommendations for quality improvement.
- Education and Training: Conduct presentations and workshops to enhance clients' understanding of the accreditation process and standards.
- Quality Improvement: Engage in or lead quality improvement initiatives and contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities, adapting processes, and building client relationships.
- Education: University degree, health professional credential, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 4+ years of broad and progressive experience in healthcare or education with a focus on program administration, client account management, operational planning, and scheduling.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information, identify root causes, develop solutions, and provide impactful recommendations.
- Language: Proficiency in English and French, with exceptional writing skills in both languages.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of quality improvement principles and methodologies.
