About the Role

Accreditation Canada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to support its EQual health education accreditation program in its mission to promote quality improvement in healthcare and education.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely communication and addressing client needs while building long-term relationships.
  • Accreditation Processes: Manage accreditation assessment activities, ensuring they are conducted rigorously, objectively, and within established timelines.
  • Client Support: Act as the primary resource for clients, offering advice, coaching, and exceptional service.
  • Report Writing: Prepare comprehensive and objective reports based on surveyor assessments and feedback, clearly outlining recommendations for quality improvement.
  • Education and Training: Conduct presentations and workshops to enhance clients' understanding of the accreditation process and standards.
  • Quality Improvement: Engage in or lead quality improvement initiatives and contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities, adapting processes, and building client relationships.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree, health professional credential, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 4+ years of broad and progressive experience in healthcare or education with a focus on program administration, client account management, operational planning, and scheduling.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information, identify root causes, develop solutions, and provide impactful recommendations.
  • Language: Proficiency in English and French, with exceptional writing skills in both languages.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of quality improvement principles and methodologies.
