Job Description

Gorgias HelpDesk Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Service Quality Improvement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing service quality assessment strategies, assigning and coordinating projects, and reviewing programs to ensure they meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and advise staff on service quality improvement initiatives
  • Assign and coordinate projects to achieve business objectives
  • Review and evaluate program effectiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
