Key Responsibilities:- Revenue Management: Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Staff Management: Recruit, supervise, and train staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our staff and customers.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring that we get the best possible prices and quality.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
