Port Hawkesbury Store Manager Job Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail store manager to join our team at Synergie Hunt International inc. in Port Hawkesbury.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
  2. Manage and develop a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
  3. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  4. Conduct inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counting.
  5. Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  6. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  7. Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets customer needs and drives sales.
  8. Requirements:
    1. Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success.
    2. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
    3. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
    4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    5. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
