- Inventory Management: Place orders for merchandise and manage stock levels.
- Returns Authorization: Approve the return of products as necessary.
- Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage.
- Sales Engagement: Actively participate in selling merchandise to customers.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports regarding sales performance, inventory, and personnel issues.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
- Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of all store personnel.
This role operates in a fast-paced retail setting that requires the ability to work under pressure and manage physical demands, including handling heavy loads. The position involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language: Proficiency in English is necessary.
- Work Hours: Availability for 30 to 40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility and a strong ability to work as a team player, contributing positively to the store's atmosphere and operational success.
