Position Overview

As a Retail Operations Supervisor at Himind Inc, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily store activities and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and manage a team of sales associates, apprentices, and volunteers.
  • Task Delegation: Assign specific duties to sales personnel to optimize workflow.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain merchandise stock levels, ensuring product availability.
  • Returns Authorization: Approve and process merchandise returns as necessary.
  • Work Scheduling: Develop and implement effective work schedules for staff.
  • Sales Engagement: Actively participate in selling merchandise and enhancing customer experiences.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory status, and personnel management.
