Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute repair work to ensure high-quality results and meet customer expectations.
- Test drive vehicles to verify proper handling and performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Repair and refinish body surfaces using various techniques and materials.
- Remove and replace damaged parts and install new components.
- Apply primers and paint to achieve a flawless finish.
- Repair or replace interior components to restore the vehicle's original condition.
- Mix and apply paint to match the original color and finish.
- Work with the team to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure satisfaction and efficiency.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the automotive repair industry.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- English language proficiency is required for communication with customers and colleagues.
- 35 hours per week of work commitment.
Working Conditions:
