Job Title: Automotive Painting and Refinishing Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Painting and Refinishing Technician to join our team at 4 WHEEL COLLISION & FRAME LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining workspaces, masking and taping auto body surfaces, applying primers and repainting surfaces, mixing paint, blending and matching colors, and ensuring a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain workspaces to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting to prevent damage and ensure a smooth finish.
  • Apply primers and repaint surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish.
  • Mix paint, blend and match colors to ensure a precise match.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the automotive painting and refinishing industry.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a noisy and odorous environment with a focus on attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
