At Paper Excellence, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance personnel to join our team. As a Red Seal Journeyman Welder with Pressure Tickets, you will be responsible for the safe maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure optimum production.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and systems
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
* Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements
* Red Seal Certification
* Class A Pressure Welder Certificate - preferred
* PWP 7, PWP 10 - required
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints - required
* Proficiency in fabrication is a valuable asset
* Experience working with in an industrial setting
* Superior troubleshooting skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner
Compensation and Benefits
* Hourly rate of $48.66 as per the Howe Sound Labour Agreement
* Overtime is compensated per the Howe Sound Labour Agreement
* Comprehensive benefits package including extended health/dental coverage and pension
