Senior Lead Business Process Finance

The Senior Lead Business Process Finance plays a critical role in driving the implementation of financial strategies for the organization. This individual is responsible for promoting process excellence and improving efficiency and effectiveness across various financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the overall financial process, including accounting, chart of accounts, inventory, bank, taxes, cash application, roll out & reporting, and internal controls.
  • Assess current financial policies and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and document business process and system gaps to ensure seamless workflows.
  • Work with the project team to prepare for the conversion to a new ERP system.
  • Develop and implement SAP training and Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Analyze data to identify pain points and areas of improvement, and work with the Data Quality and Process Improvement Expert to organize data clean-up.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting software and processes.
  • Excellent project management skills.
