About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Technician to join our team at ABB. As a key member of our Electrification, Installation Products division, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to help solve complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, manage, maintain, and optimize IT services and systems to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Identify and report inefficiencies or improvement opportunities to enhance organizational efficiency and support the organization's vision and strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet established safety and quality procedures.
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation for IT systems and services, and advise on the correct and effective use of these services.
  • Deliver high-quality IT solutions and services according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in a large organization, preferably in IT or a related field.
  • Bilingual in French and English, with English being necessary for communication with customers outside of Quebec.
  • Knowledge of networks, systems development, process improvement, data analytics, and cloud solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple long-term projects in parallel.
