At EMCO Corporation, we prioritize delivering outstanding service to our clientele. In the role of Customer Support Specialist, you will engage with customers at the parts counter, provide estimates, offer technical assistance, and manage a variety of customer inquiries.

  • Handle customer orders, including pricing adjustments and substitutions as needed
  • Foster relationships with current clients while identifying and addressing the needs of potential customers
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction and ensure timely and professional resolution of issues
  • Assist the external sales team in their efforts

Qualifications

  • Completion of high school education
  • Enthusiastic demeanor and proactive mindset
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Strong commitment to customer service and work ethic
  • Effective communication skills and eagerness to learn
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable position
