We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our team at AX Metrotown. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for executing merchandising strategies and driving sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the execution of merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a well-organized stockroom and strong merchandise flow practices to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient stock replenishment
- Participate in markdown execution and stock accuracy initiatives to drive sales and reduce inventory discrepancies
- Preferred retail experience in a similar position
- High School diploma/GED preferred
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team
- Preferred Retail System knowledge
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
