About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at 1413338B.C. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register with accuracy and efficiency, processing customer transactions and handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.
  • Process Transactions with a high level of accuracy, handling returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service, greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Store Environment, restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment.
  • Work Collaboratively with Colleagues, supporting the sales team and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Meet Sales and Customer Service Goals, achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or equivalent.
  • 1-2 Years of Retail Experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Criminal Record Check and a valid work permit.
  • English Language Proficiency, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to Work 40 Hours per Week, including evenings and weekends as required.
