We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at Rocky Mountain Physiotherapy and Wellness.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position, working 32-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have a strong background in physiotherapy, with a focus on patient assessment, treatment planning, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Supervise technical and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Plan and implement physiotherapy programs to promote patient recovery and well-being
- Confer with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Teach and supervise patients in exercises and techniques to promote independence and mobility
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field
- Current licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
