VFS Services USA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive/Program Coordinator to support the Account Management Team in the day-to-day operations related to the management of a global contract. The ideal candidate will have strong MS Office skills, excellent business English communication skills, and the ability to work independently with multiple teams across the globe.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Assist with multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, communicating project status and requirements to all participants.
- Documentation: Conduct detailed reviews of documents, identifying issues and discrepancies, and ensuring all documentation is maintained appropriately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with multiple teams across the globe, adapting to changing deadlines and priorities.
- Education: Minimum of a Graduate Degree and/or Certification and/or College Diploma.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a project-based role within the services industry, preferably with experience working with overseas/international offices.
- Language Skills: Fluency in French (written and verbal) is required.
