Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

MILLENNIAL EVENTS is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in promoting our brand and events through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spokesperson: Act as a representative of our organization, communicating with clients, media, and other stakeholders.
  • Advertising and Promotion: Advise clients on effective advertising and sales promotion strategies.
  • Research and Analysis: Gather and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Content Creation: Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, such as brochures, reports, and social media content.
  • Event Planning: Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions.
  • Media Relations: Initiate and maintain contact with the media to promote our brand and events.
  • Program Development: Prepare and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Workload: Ability to handle a large workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Personal Suitability: Strong client focus and team player skills.

MILLENNIAL EVENTS is a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work in a team to promote our brand and events. This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week.
