The successful candidate will possess a robust technical foundation, capable of addressing both fundamental and intricate technical challenges while working on-site during standard business hours. This position is crucial in ensuring our team members receive the necessary technical support to function smoothly and effectively.

Key Duties:
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for technical assistance for our real estate agents and corporate personnel, providing support through phone, email, and remote access solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical problems, including hardware, software, and network issues, across various platforms (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android).
  • Offer support for real estate-specific software applications, such as CRM systems, property management tools, and MLS platforms.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and upkeep of IT equipment, including computers, mobile devices, and networking hardware.
  • Work collaboratively with the corporate IT department to deploy new technologies and enhance existing systems.
  • Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and take proactive measures to ensure continuous service.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide training and assistance to agents and corporate staff on the utilization of technology tools and applications.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary, while striving to independently resolve as many issues as possible.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of all support inquiries.

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical support capacity, with the ability to manage both Level 1 and Level 2 responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with real estate software (e.g., MLS platforms, CRM systems) and an understanding of the specific needs of real estate agents and corporate teams.
  • Experience with fundamental networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are advantageous.
