Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

Alberta Ltd is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the food counter and surrounding areas.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) as needed.

Language:

English is the primary language spoken in our restaurant, and we require all staff members to be proficient in English.

Hours:

40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.
