Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the store, ensuring a high level of customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Assign tasks to sales personnel and oversee their performance.
  • Recruitment and Training: Hire new employees and facilitate their training to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Financial Transactions: Authorize payments and manage cash flow effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Order stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staff matters.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges promptly.
  • Operational Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team to optimize productivity.
Supervisory Scope

Manage a team of 3-4 employees to ensure smooth operations.

Work Environment

This role is set in a fast-paced retail environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications
