Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

At Sun Farm Produce (2007) Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales responsibilities to team members, ensuring optimal coverage and productivity.
  • Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payments by cheque, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
  • Merchandise Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock is accurately tracked and replenished as needed.
  • Report Generation: Prepare detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail experience.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, and a team player attitude.
