About the Role

As a Transaction Screening Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our global sanctions screening program. You'll be responsible for analyzing data, developing solutions, and collaborating with various teams to enhance our risk management framework.

What You'll Do

  • Support the global enterprise-wide management of sanctions screening solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to sanctions screening systems and processes.
  • Design and implement analytical tools using SQL, Python, VBA, and PowerBI to address business requirements.
  • Track and manage documentation updates for the Global Sanctions Screening Solutions team.
  • Gain deep expertise in sanctions screening systems, capabilities, and relevant processes, including payments and trade finance transactions.
  • Contribute to data analytics requirements for sanctions screening solutions across various financial products.
  • Maintain an issues log and ensure timely resolution of issues related to sanctions screening systems.
  • Collaborate with the Model Validation team to support annual model validation efforts for sanctions screening systems.
  • Work closely with the Models & Analytics team to enhance analytics, reporting, and tuning for sanctions screening systems.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sanctions screening program through data analysis and insights.
